Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies, tags, and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary to make the Site work; others are used only with your consent. The categories are:

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function: page delivery, security and spam protection (Cloudflare), form submission, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics, used to understand how visitors find and use the Site, and WhatConverts, which shows a tracking phone number and records which page or ad led to a call or form submission.
  • Advertising. Google Ads tags, used to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site.
  • Functional content. Tools that display content on the Site, such as Google Maps, Google Fonts, our Google review feed (Trustindex), our Instagram feed, and an optional accessibility toolbar (UserWay). These providers may receive your IP address and browser information when the content loads.

Analytics and advertising technologies do not load until you consent to them. When you first visit the Site you will see a consent banner. If you decline, or take no action, only strictly necessary cookies are used. You can reopen the banner and change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer, and you can delete cookies through your browser settings. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser as a request to decline analytics and advertising.

Health-related pages

We do not allow advertising tags or advertising cookies on Site pages about wellness, hormone therapy, weight management, acne treatment, or diagnostic testing, even if you have accepted advertising cookies. This means we do not share which of those pages you view with advertising platforms. Please do not include medical history or other sensitive health details in a website form; call our office instead.
